Based in the heart of the village Yogacara offers a beautiful space to practice. Their bright well lit studio looking out to the mountains is an ideal place to find your true north. Promising an intimate session with no more than 15 students. At Yogacara the teachers succeed in connecting with each student and creating a calm environment to practice. Yogacara offer traditional and authentic yoga classes that heal the mind, body and soul.

Loka Yoga, Creekside

 You’ll find Loka Yoga just a short ride from the village at the beautiful Nita Lake Lodge in Creekside. This truly zen and folksy studio offers traditional practices such as Ashtanga Yoga Therapy, Jivamukti, Shantiseva, Restirative, Yin and Prenatal. Offering the only Yoga wall in Whistler this studio offers the opportunity to really develop and push your practice. You will also find unique Yoga workshops and retreats offered by this studio as well as teacher mentoring.

There are numerous ways to celebrate Yoga all year round in Whistler, you can even practice from the comfort of your hotel with both the Four Seasons and Fairmont Chateau Whistler offering complimentary classes to their guests. If you enjoy a peaceful practice as part of your gym workout both Whistler Core and Meadow Park Sports Center offer Yoga and Pilates. Depending on the time of year you can also find several free or by donation classes in the village. Lululemon in the centre of the village often host community yoga sessions in their store or sponsor classes around the village. To support women and children in the community the Womens Centre offer classes by donation from Fall to Spring.
