In a town where everyone is active, it’s important to get in a good meal! Whistler offers a huge number of lunch spots, but with so many options it can be hard to decide where to go.

Here are some of the best places to have lunch in Whistler.

1.      Provisions 

Since opening its doors in December 2023, this new café and restaurant has quickly become a local favourite. The interior feels like you have stepped into a European café with stylish design features everywhere you look. Provisions is a perfect location for a coffee catch up with friends, lunchtime grilled cheese sandwiches or fresh chicken ceaser salads.

2.      Pasta Lupino 

Fresh pasta made daily! Pasta Lupino focuses on delicious freshly made pastas, sauces, bread and gourmet Italian groceries, and has amazing daily specials.  Order and dine in, takeaway, or even buy the fresh ingredients to make it home. 

3.      Samurai Sushi 

Quick, tasty, take-out/dine-in sushi? You can’t go wrong with Samurai. With two locations, one at Nesters and one in Creekside, these guys have you more than covered when it comes to sushi. 

 4.      Naked Sprout 

If you’re looking for healthy, feel-good fare without compromising taste, Naked Sprout is your spot offering many vegan and vegetarian options.  

5.      Portobello 

Relaxed, all-day dining with delicious comfort food and sweet treats. Located in the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Portobello serves delicious sandwiches, pastries, coffees and local craft beer. It has excellent coffee and outdoor seating for when the sun is shining! 

6.      The Green Moustache 

Another healthy choice with raw, vegan and gluten free options. The Green Moustache is 100% organic and plant based. It’s perfect for salads and juices to go. 

7.      Pizzeria Antico 

Authentic wood fired pizzas with a range of delicious toppings, pastas and salads. Pizzeria Antico  is located in the heart of Whistler Village and is Whistler’s only Neapolitan pizza restaurant.   

8.      La Cantina 

La Cantina is a favourite with locals and tourists alike. Pop in for some quick tacos or a tasty burrito and you will not be disappointed! A true taco bar, this place has a fantastic atmosphere, great staff and fast service. 

 9.      Alpha Café 

Recently opened in the Summer of 2023, Alpha Café serves fresh sandwiches, salads and baked goods with epic coffee.

We couldn’t leave out Whistler Blackcomb. Whether you’re skiing or snowboarding in winter, or biking in the summer, the mountain really does offer some great lunch options to keep you going through the day!
