Q: Why did you move to Whistler?
A: To ski and to live. After competing on the World Cup Freestyle Skiing circuit for 7 years and travelling to many fabulous ski resorts to compete or train, I realized that Whistler was the best resort in the world!
Q: What did you do when you first arrived?
A: Started the Women Only Ski Programs for Whistler Blackcomb.
Q: When did you get into Real Estate?
A: In 2001 after 22 years as Women Only Ski Program co-ordinator.
Q: What do you enjoy about the lifestyle here?
A: How easily accessable everything is – skiing, cross country skiing, biking, hiking, swimming – its all right out the door!
Q: What advice would you give to someone looking to buy property here?
A: It’s a great place to live – full or part time, all year round.
Q: What is your favourite thing about working with your clients?
A: Being enthusiastic about Whistler and all its options – sport, art and community.
Q: What is your favourite season and why?
A: Winter! I love snow, skiing and cross country skiing (especially in the Callaghan).
Q: If you were not a real estate agent, what would you be?
A: Ski bum!
Q: What makes you smile the most?
A: Big beautiful snow flakes that fall like chicken feathers out of the sky.
Q: How do you decompress or how would you spend your ideal day?
A: A great powder day on the mountain and then a good book by the fire.
Q: What was it like raising a family here?
A: It is an ideal place to raise a family – spending tons of time outside and up on the mountain, resulted in raising an accomplished athlete and well rounded wonderful daughter.
Q: What accomplishment do you consider to be the most significant in your career or in your life?
A: My daughter, Julia Murray.

A: Active lifestyle, great community.
