Whistler Neighbourhoods

Whistler Centre

Whistler Centre could be considered an extension of the village, with a number of popular subdivisions. Linked together by the valley trail, this area offers tons of recreational activities as well as easy access to the amenities of the village.

Many of the properties in Whistler Centre are located above the valley floor, offering beautiful panoramas of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, as well as the valley or golf course below. Just south of the Village, you will find Brio, which includes the exclusive ski-in/ski-out Sunridge Plateau development, as well as a mix of beautiful single-family homes.

North of Brio, perched alongside the Whistler Golf Course is Blueberry Hill, one of the resort’s first luxury home subdivisions. Some properties in Blueberry are also zoned as tourist accommodation, allowing for nightly rentals.

South of Brio, hugging the shores of Alta Lake and neighbouring Wayside Park is Alta Vista. Residents in this area can enjoy the combination of mountain and lake-side living. This neighbourhood provides a mix of townhomes, single-family homes and luxury chalets.

The neighbourhoods of Whistler Cay Heights, Whistler Cay Estates, Tapley’s Farm and Nesters are all within easy walking distance to Whistler’s hub with only the highway to separate these two areas. Views from these home are breathtaking and each of these subdivisions offer a wide variety of properties ranging in price and style from modest single-family homes to exquisite luxury chalets.
