Whistler Neighbourhoods

Whistler North

The subdivisions in Whistler North are characterized by extensive green space and access to lakes, seemingly endless hiking and biking trails, a world-class golf course, cross-country ski trails and some of the most magnificent mountain views.

Just north of the village is White Gold, one of Whistler’s oldest communities. Homes here are a mix of single-family detached houses along with some larger townhouses. This area provides great access to both the village and nearby Lost Lake, which is home to biking, hiking and cross-country ski trails.

A small way north of White Gold is Spruce Grove, a family-oriented subdivision featuring baseball fields and the community greenhouse project.

Alpine Meadows is one of the most popular areas in Whistler North, offering a harmonious blend of Whistler’s past, present and future with a combination of townhomes, traditional ski cabins and modern mountain chalets.

Just a short drive past Alpine you will find one of Whistler’s newest subdivisions, Rainbow. Home owners here enjoy breath-taking views across Green Lake to Whistler, Blackcomb and Wedge Mountains. Rainbow residents can select from a combination of single-family homes and duplexes.

A short way past Rainbow is the residential neighbourhood of Emerald Estates, named after the jewelled colour of Green Lake. Here you are treated to more stunning views of Wedge and Armchair mountains. While some properties have waterfront access, all residents can enjoy the children’s playground, public tennis courts and hiking, biking and snowshoe trails.
